Refund Policy

1. SEO Service Guarantee

Surprise SEO guarantees professional execution of all SEO services per industry best practices and Google Webmaster Guidelines. If deliverables do not meet agreed specifications, we revise at no cost.

2. Refund Eligibility

Full refund: If we cannot begin the engagement; if we miss agreed deadlines due to our fault. Partial refund: If deliverables require revision significantly beyond scope. No refund: For ranking outcomes (SEO results depend on many external factors); after delivery of completed audit/strategy documents; or if minimum engagement period has not elapsed.

3. How to Request

Email hola@surpriseseo.com with subject "Refund Request" within 14 days. Include order details and specific concerns. Response within 2 business days.

4. Processing

Via Stripe to original payment method. 5-10 business days. IVA adjustments per D.P.R. applicable regulations.

5. Minimum Engagement Periods

SEO is a long-term investment. Minimum periods (3, 6, or 12 months depending on plan) exist because meaningful SEO results require sustained effort. Early cancellation within the minimum period: remaining fees due unless quality issue is documented.

6. Consumer Rights

Consumers per Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 have 14-day withdrawal for services not yet begun. Once SEO work commences with express consent, withdrawal right is waived per Art. 103(a) Consumer Rights Directive.

7. Dispute Resolution

Independent third-party SEO expert review available for quality disputes. Cost borne by losing party. EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/odr.
